The hotel is conveniently located near the famous Wangfujing shopping street, so there are plenty of options for shopping and dining. there is a modern shopping area nearby where you can find everything you need. You can also find a hotel down the street, at the Novotel, for a lower price.
The staff at the front desk could improve their customer service skills.
